I would put zero stars, but I don't think this review forum will let me. My co-worke had a return of 4 items, with all the receipts except 1 -but it had the tag and was also the exact same pair of pajama pants that she did have a receipt for. They offered a store credit for the 3 items and $19.99 (originally $40.00 plus dollars) for the pair we didn't have the receipt.
