Horrible service -- horrible. Seriously, people , you need to quit overpricing things and then not letting people return items (with a receipt, all within the terms of your return policy). I will not be shopping at J crew again, which in a small way is sad, since their sizes are so wrong that I can wear around 4 sizes smaller than normal, and it makes me feel good about myself.
