I had to review this store due to my amazing experience here! I needed a few pieces to add to my wardrobe and something caught my eye in the beautiful front display l, so I went in. Not only did I find everything I needed in one store, but the way the staff speaks to you and helps you makes you feel like you are the only one in the store, and I wasn’t! They all speak kindly to each other as well and help each other! That’s something you don’t always see. Thanks again for all the help! I will be back next time I’m in NC!

It’s well documented how J. Crew has been on a corporate roller coaster for years, constantly changing strategy, leaving shoppers never knowing what to expect. But I must say that in June 2026, the quality and style were pleasantly surprising. Keep it up, please.

The Southpoint Mall store NEVER fails to fail! I needed to return 3 pairs of pants - still in the package, in stock, and current - but missed the 30 day return window by a few days. The assistant manager, Brent, very rudely refused to credit my account, citing “policy,” and told me I’d have to call the help desk. The J Crew help desk was super helpful and took care of my issue immediately, apologizing for the local store’s refusal to help. I had a very poor experience. The associate I dealt with was not considerate at all — he did not even attempt to process my return, and this was already a week in. He made no effort to communicate or resolve the issue
