I stopped by the other day and had such a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Felica helped while I was looking at some of the men’s stuff for my husband, and she found sizes from the back, which was so nice. When I went over to the women's side, Lauren was great. She helped out in the fitting room, found me outfits, was patient with all my questions. She was a kind person who I enjoyed chatting with about stuff totally unrelated to clothes for a while. Overall, a great experience at this J. Crew.
Bought a J.Crew pink cardigan was a huge disappointment. Its dye bled excessively, ruining other expensive clothes in the wash. I followed care instructions, but the quality is clearly compromised. I no longer trust J.Crew's garment quality. Don't recommend
As a loyal J.Crew customer for over a decade, it genuinely pains me to write this review. I've purchased dozens of J.Crew items over the years. sweaters, jackets, shirts and have always associated the brand with quality and professionalism. I am consistently never greeted when I walk into this location. Additionally, they did not have a single women’s garment that was above a size 12 or L in store. I have never been to a J. Crew with such a limited size range.
I was genuinely shopping and was never once greeted or even acknowledged. I’m not asking that an employee baby sit me, but as a retail employee, I understand the importance of acknowledgment. An employee, older white woman with glasses and kind of puffy/wavy hair pulled back, walked by me 4 times. I watched her greet and speak to every other customer that walked in and yet not once asked me if I needed help or again, acknowledged I was even there.
