The associates at this location are not friendly at all. It feels awkward shopping here because they act like you don't exist. I also find it odd that their store hours are so drastically different than the mall drove 40 minutes to get here just to find they closed at 6 when the mall closes at 9.
Simply the BEST J Crew store I have visited! I’ve been a fan of J Crew for over 20 years. Timi, the amazing Manager, and her staff are great! I have seen their interactions with other shoppers while there and they go above and beyond. I have only been here 3 times. Two out of the 3 times I was treated less than. 1st time I was treated as if I did not belong there. 2nd time was great. However I had a return. It was accepted. 3rd time same item, 1 week later, but different color, I was told that I could NOT return there bcse my item was from jcrew factory. The demeanor and customer service skills of the manager I had to speak to were horrendous. There’s always a kind and professional way to say things, so it does such a great disservice to the brand when an employee (let alone manager???) is condescending and snippy. I gave J.Crew’s customer service a call after my encounter—they helped me immediately and were so apologetic for the experience I had in-store that they gave me $10 store credit.
