The demeanor and customer service skills of the manager I had to speak to were horrendous. There’s always a kind and professional way to say things, so it does such a great disservice to the brand when an employee (let alone manager???) is condescending and snippy. I gave J.Crew’s customer service a call after my encounter—they helped me immediately and were so apologetic for the experience I had in-store that they gave me $10 store credit. Full disclosure: I am a shopaholic. With that being disclosed I have had the privilege of dealing with the best sales associate ever! Lindy is just simply amazing! She is so knowledgeable of all the J Crew merchandise and their promos! It’s just a pleasure dealing with her. I travel an extra 40 minutes to shop at Brierwood Mall just to have a better experience. Thanks Lindy! You are the best!
