Great service, very attentive and fast
The associates at this location are not friendly at all. It feels awkward shopping here because they act like you don't exist. I also find it odd that their store hours are so drastically different than the mall drove 40 minutes to get here just to find they closed at 6 when the mall closes at 9.
Simply the BEST J Crew store I have visited! I’ve been a fan of J Crew for over 20 years. Timi, the amazing Manager, and her staff are great! I have seen their interactions with other shoppers while there and they go above and beyond. I’m very glad that I found this gem of a store! - to say the manager there is “horrendous” is completely false.
