Love the JCrew at Briarwood. Staff are always friendly. Selection of clothing is typically good. At times, the selection is better than not.

Great service, very attentive and fast
The associates at this location are not friendly at all. It feels awkward shopping here because they act like you don't exist. I also find it odd that their store hours are so drastically different than the mall drove 40 minutes to get here just to find they closed at 6 when the mall closes at 9.
