This place is awesome. The lady that helped My Wife gave us exceptional places to go have dinner.
Clothes are perfect as always but definitely not the friendliest workers. We always feel like we are bothering them when we ask questions. The Houston J Crew in Highland Village has the best helpful employees so we try to go there instead
I had purchased a dress for my daughter online with Jcrew. My daughter tried the size 4 dress on and it was too big so I immediately called customer service placed an order for a size 2. Customer service said I could return it to the store on Canal street in New Orleans at Canal Place. The store was very busy when we arrived but we waited in line till our turn.
