Unprofessional and uncomfortable experience due to poor manager behavior. My girlfriend works at another J.Crew location, and when we visited the J.Crew at Aventura Mall, everything was fine at first. The issue started the moment she mentioned using her employee discount at checkout. Right after that, a woman came out from the back and told the manager that my girlfriend had put back the clothes she wasn’t buying.
