I love this place !!! The trainer / owner is very friendly and knowledgeable.
The owner Jasmine is one of the sweetest people I’ve met! She pushes her clients to their best limits without overstepping! I played travel softball and was new to working out, but she was super patient with me and guided me through all of our sessions! If you’re looking for someone with those characteristics, JCPT is the perfect place to be!!
My husband and I rely on the professional skills and services received at Jcpt. We have seen an improvement in flexibility, range of motion and balance since participating in the strong workouts we receive. A positive impact on our lives has been our experience ! We are seniors in our late 70's and determined to keep active with the aids of Jasmine, at JCPT.
Personal objective to increase cardio and tone body. Workouts are tailored for my success. Thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the individualized attention.
She is a great one trainer,group trainer.great for help working out pains and discomfort.
