It was the worst experience that I ever had. I brought my little one for pictures. I have been there before. The girl photographer started to stomp his feet and yell “hey” as of my baby was a dog. I said what are my options and she handed me a basket as if “ here do it yourself” He never smile, he looked scared and I was mortified. We only got one picture.

Hello, The were very nice and accommodating at the studio. The quality of the photo prints was about a 5/10 rating. I didn't receive all of the photos that were to be in my package. I've left two messages. I still haven't heard from anyone. Value of the photo package is poor. 1/10 at best.

The quality of the photographers have become worse over the years. Some of them do not know how to engage a small child that moves quickly. They just sit there. Also, lack of creativity in the scene. I had to ask the photographer to add props. All he was doing is having my kids sit different ways. Ooo. I could have done that at home. Will never go back to JCPenney. Last straw.
