Very professional photo session for our newborn. Special mention to Mrs. Roneique.. she was very professional, humble , and very caring to our baby. She has this magic touch to calm our baby when our baby cried. She has this photo talent and knows the angles of our baby good shots! I totally recommend JC penny City of Chino Photo Portrait.. Extremely bad manager customer experience. I had been going there for years until today. Ronique the manager Apparently doesn't like if you aren't happy with your pictures and will make it extremely hard to accommodate you when you go to corporate and they schedule you a re-shoot and she will lie to you and Sai she offered it to you when she didn't. She will also say she didn't call you back cause she had the wrong number even though she could have looked your name up in the system and they have caller ID on their phones. Sh... read more

Super sad and disappointed about my experience with JcPennys portraits. I scheduled my appointment online about 3 to 4 weeks ago. I got a call about 1 week ago to confirm my appointment for today at 7pm. At work today (the day of our pictures) I get a call from a representative asking if we could move our appointment forward because they will be closing at 7pm. I told them I would not be able to due to scheduling at work and commute and so on. The person on the phone said ok but I felt like I was burdening them. They made me... read more
