Came to photo studio to get Christmas pictures. Came honestly because pricing for pictures isn't bad. Session fee is 14.99 I think a person. We didn't really want a Christmas background but had some nice alternatives. I was excited because the photographer had lots of ideas for the family before and couldn't wait to see what she had in store for us. Then we come in and my boyfriend was in a wheelchair. We went to JC Penney at the Crystal Mall and Victoria was our photographer. She was truly amazing. She captured all the smiles of our 9 month old and all the pictures were in focus. We are so happy with the results. These pictures are so much better than pictures from the phone. I can't wait to put an album together! Thank you so much Victoria!

Me and my wife set up an appointment to get Xmas pictures done with our new puppy. We were not told beforehand there would be an extra $15 per person in the photos(extra $45+tax), we were told as we were being rung out, that’s shady business practice. We were told it was take 48-72 hrs to receive digital copies. It was now going on 6 day and we were told when we called after 4 days there’s no guarantee they will be ready by Xmas and could take another 2 weeks. I do not recommend.
