Pls make a u turn from this old 1850 photos with outdated cameras. Unprofessional staff, poor background, with local pictures, burry pictures, God forbid I will advice my worst enemy to go their for photo shoots. So disappointed, took my son for his birthday pic, all the pictures looks very bad, waisted my $235 without no single good result.
Went in to get a photo shoot done for my 7 month old. The manager took them (Asian lady) when she showed us the pictures she only gave us the option of ordering the most expensive package. As if it was the only one to choose. The total came out to $350. I felt pressured into it. I felt uneasy when leaving. I looked at the website and saw there were other less expensive packages. So I tried to cancel the order. It was too late but customer service said once I got the canvases I could return them to the studio for a refund. So... read more
Not good regularity for timings. Waited for a hour after booking.
Wasted one hour there after booked a time slot. Not recommended. Waste of time.
Our photographer was engaging and fun!
