I had such a great experience with Karla, the manager/photographer at JCPenney! I went in for headshots—originally for a badge, but I also work in real estate and figured I could use them professionally as well. Karla was amazing from start to finish. She was super patient, didn’t rush me at all, let me change outfits, and even recommended what she thought would look best. I bought a Groupon and booked an appointment. The service was excellent and we were in and out pretty quickly. The girls that helped us did everything possible to accommodate our requests and were very kind. Thanks

My photographer was so nice I wish I had her name, she offered her recommendations and my pictures came out very nice. The studio room was spacious and private.

Wonderful experience. We had a wonderful family experience with our photographer named Brandon, he was very helpful in selecting packages as well as poses and the entire photo process. I would highly recommend him whenever you go.
