The photographers were very nice and great. The prices are a trick... way too expensive
Honestly started out great ended horribly. I started taking my child here since 3 months old, I recommended to all my friends but this past Christmas session was a disaster. We waited 2.5 hours to start, now the babies are cranky. No good photos but we still paid to send postcards. The joke of it all we have yet to receive the digital album we paid for. It’s now 12/30/25 and we keep getting the run around. Ridiculous
Worst experience in my life. Ruined my afternoon. Horrific wait times. Do yourself a favor DONT GO HERE! No respect to scheduled time or someone’s plans. You can’t do this kind of stuff to families with small kids. At least call to give a heads up! 2 hr wait for scheduled foto session? By the time our turn came my baby was crying and kids were dirty from trying to entertain themselves in that dirty hallway… no way we could do pictures like that. Very very disappointed will NOT return.
My family made an appointment at 5PM, we were there at 4:50Pm but they overbooked and we can't take the pics at 10 PM. Please, don't go there
