Usually have good experiences with JC Penney portraits but today's experience was far from ideal. We waited an hour past our appointment time. No one acknowledged that they were running severely behind schedule. Our photographer, while very nice, lacked confidence. There was no guidance for poses or the little touches like fixing a stray hair. I had the worse experience for my maternity photos it was extremely hot once we walked in to get our photos taken and then I had a stain on my dress which I was hiding with my hair and I told the photographer Hailey to please make sure it doesn’t come in the photos and in almost all the photos the stain came in. Hailey didn’t help with positioning me and my husband for the photos. I showed her inspo pictures and she just glanced at them and didn’t help achieve those looks. They are the cheapest but that’s if you even get the picture lol. came to JCPenney Portraits for a simple work photo, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. First, they did not have a plain white background available, which is typically standard for professional photos. I had to choose from a very limited selection of backgrounds.
