Me and my friends were here to take photos if do you want photos to take with family or even by yourself, I would recommend this place but the pricing is really bad. It’s really expensive but you can look online for codes. You can ask AI or something and they can save you a lot of money and another thing I would do is bring props so you can have a better photo but I had a great experience. Highly recommended for any photo shoot needs! Hailey the photographer and master of ceremonies was super fun with giving us ideas for our funny poses and accommodating with our family poses with my special needs brother. Julian who helped with editing and configuring our photo package was super thorough and fun as well. If you want a professionally done photo session, pick JCPenney at Spotsy Town Center!!!
Usually have good experiences with JC Penney portraits but today's experience was far from ideal. We waited an hour past our appointment time. No one acknowledged that they were running severely behind schedule. Our photographer, while very nice, lacked confidence. There was no guidance for poses or the little touches like fixing a stray hair. I had the worse experience for my maternity photos it was extremely hot once we walked in to get our photos taken and then I had a stain on my dress which I was hiding with my hair and I told the photographer Hailey to please make sure it doesn’t come in the photos and in almost all the photos the stain came in. Hailey didn’t help with positioning me and my husband for the photos. I showed her inspo pictures and she just glanced at them and didn’t help achieve those looks.
