I received a call from JCPenneys the day of my appointment and the woman on the phone asked if I could come in earlier. I told her I would try to get there earlier but I wasn’t sure if I could she had a bit of an attitude on the phone. I got there twenty minutes earlier and there was no one there at the counter. Please do yourself a favor and dont use this location to take newborn pictures. Firstable that place is stinky and super dusty, they took few pictures not even professional pictures. I didn't had time to brush my baby hair or fix her outfit to look decent. They were not ready for us on the appointment time like the website claims they will. The waiting time was ridiculous and the pictures were taken in a rush. My 10 day old left that place coughing from the amount of dust. Poor customer experience. I wished I read the reviews before making an appointment. The photographer didn’t take us back until well over 45 minutes past our appointment time. Don’t go unless you are ready to sit and wait well past your booked time.
