had an 11:15 appointment for my 1 and a half year old daughter, but the photographer couldn't find the key to unlock the camera. Waited as she looked for over 30 minutes before finally deciding to just leave. Very unprofessional and will never return after my experience today.

I hate leaving bad reviews, it’s not who I am as a person. But this company is asking for it. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15 am. I was there with my son who is 20 months. Waited a good 40 + minutes until we were taken back. The photographer smelled very bad, and was very strange. And had very poor personal hygiene. Of course I knew she would try to up sell me with photos. I denied everything extra. And was charged $80.00 for ONE single digital photo. Not even any printed copies. This is outrageous. My appointment was at 11am and they did not take us for our shoot for 11:45 am very horrible experience what’s of making an appointment if they can not take you on you scheduled time. I would not recommend going to this photo shoot place

This was my 3yr old granddaughter first time having portraits done and I think she is a natural, photographer was AMAZING and got the best shots ever !!! Now she wants to keep going back and we will be!! Maybe bday and holidays or just a monday!! Definitely recommend!!!!!
