Please do yourself a favor and dont use this location to take newborn pictures. Firstable that place is stinky and super dusty, they took few pictures not even professional pictures. I didn't had time to brush my baby hair or fix her outfit to look decent. They were not ready for us on the appointment time like the website claims they will. The waiting time was ridiculous and the pictures were taken in a rush. My 10 day old left that place coughing from the amount of dust. Poor customer experience. I wished I read the reviews before making an appointment. The photographer didn’t take us back until well over 45 minutes past our appointment time. Don’t go unless you are ready to sit and wait well past your booked time.

The most amazing experience. I called a couple weeks ago bc the Santa photos were booked and the photographer kindly told me I can walk in and she tries to take everyone. I arrived and only had to wait about 45 minutes for her to squeeze me in a very booked day. The experience was amazing, the Santa was perfect, friendly, and made my 13 month old comfortable. The photographers were so sweet and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. This was just all around a 10 star experience.
