After having photo sessions at this location and then going to their Greenwood location i actually will never go back here again. Please go to the Greenwood location instead. First off I did my maternity photos here and we left so disheartened with how they turned out. To start it off the session was 45 MINUTES LATE from the time we booked. No apology or anything and instead of the obviously more seasoned photographer she passed it off to the very young not as knowledgeable photographer. First JC Penny family photoshoot and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our photographer Isaac was extremely polite, professional, on point with directions, and was an absolute sweetheart to our toddler. She doesn’t normally laugh when people (especially people outside of family) try to entertain her, but he made her genuinely happy and made her smile her best smile. Can’t wait for the in-laws to visit us so we can come back and do another shoot. Thank you, Isaac!

I called prior to booking a mommy and me shoot for Valentines Day to confirm they had Valentines Day material ready. I was told they did have props. When we arrived yesterday, the photographer told me they didn’t have the props but another location has all of the Valentines Day props so he doesn’t know why they don’t have them. I was also told that it’s no worries, they have enhancements and frames they could put on the pictures to make it Valentines Day themed. We ended up using other props that were there. Good quality photo session but not transparent with pricing. Was quoted a price of $6.99 per photo and then told it would be $19.99 per photo after all the photos were picked out.
