I am never going back to this studio!! The photographer seemed to be in a hurry he gave the wrong information, he stated that we would get a discount and whatever he said is not what was charged on my credit card, they charged a higher amount and shipped to us only one canvas yet the agreement was one big size and two small canvases. We visited the studio to have pictures done with our one-year-old, and we were so pleased with our experience. Micah was absolutely wonderful -- she was patient, engaged, and fun, trying her best to get smiles out of our fussy little guy. Thank you so much for our adorable photos!
My best friend and i came to do an awkward Christmas shoot over the weekend and had the best time and we are so so happy with the shots we got!! Abby was so much fun to work with and totally got the image we were going for. And Rowan (? i think that was their name but i can’t remember) helped us edit and select our photos and they also did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend both of them and JCpenny for your awkward photos
Chris, and the team she was training, were absolutely amazing. She captured awesome photos of our family. Our son was incredibly shy going in, but she got him smiling!
After having photo sessions at this location and then going to their Greenwood location i actually will never go back here again. Please go to the Greenwood location instead. First off I did my maternity photos here and we left so disheartened with how they turned out. To start it off the session was 45 MINUTES LATE from the time we booked. No apology or anything and instead of the obviously more seasoned photographer she passed it off to the very young not as knowledgeable photographer.
