The schedule my baby‘s appointment on the 13th they called me the next day and told me they were canceling my appointment because they had an event scheduled, which is not my problem. They should’ve had that on the website then I show up for my appointment. I have waited in an hour before we’re actually seen and then when I received my pictures two weeks later, they are ripped I paid $140. I want my refund you guys can have all the pictures back. Devyn, is the best! I had such an amazing photo shoot! She was so funny and took amazing pictures!
Our photo shoot was amazing today!!! It had been a while since we had used JCPenney photo and I realized that was a mistake today. Everything was so easy and flowed perfectly when taking the pictures she was super professional and interactive with my teenagers.
Had a great experience here 04/13/25 taking group graduation photos for nursing school. Gabe did an amazing job, she was patient and brought our ideas to life. She helped with positioning and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you!!
