Everything seems good until you get here wait 2 & a half hours to take a 5-10 minute picture. They are understaffed knowing they have a bunch of photos booked for different times. Again 2 & a half hour wait is crazy. Make you rethink even booking or taking pictures at JCPenny
My family showed up on time for our booked appointment, actually 5 mins earlier, but still had to wait 2 hours for our session. They kept skipping us for people with an appointment later but with less family members. We asked the cashier that checked us in at the front twice if they forgot about us. She kept telling us that we were next, and then another 30 minutes would go by and nothing. Overall, customer service was 10 out of 10 Max gave us our full experience being first time family portrait. Staff was amazing tonight. I think customer service very helpful. Loved how Max treated us as a family and gave us our best Pictures/portraits for our family home
UPDATE: We paid $14 for a groupon and had to pay $10 more in person for whatever processing fees I am highly upset and do NOT recommend working with LifeTouch and JCPenny Portratis going forward. We received our photo cards and the text was missing, several photos including the back image and message for the holidays also were not provided. My review was somehow removed, so I wanted to make sure this was recorded and communicated appropriately. My review was somehow removed, so I wanted to make sure this was recorded and communicated appropriately. We booked our photocard appointment for 6:15PM and arrived early at 6PM for our session, we were over booked and didn't get to have our session completed til after the mall closed at 8 in the during a work/school night and were upset with the system not giving both customers and employees ample time to sufficiently complete all our photo sessions with Lifetouch.
