Great experience. I ended up missing my appointment because I overslept (I work overnight) and they were able to still accommodate me. The staff was very pleasant and our photographer Warren was able to get good shots within 10 minutes. The entire process took maybe a half hour, if that. This was by far the most seamless experience I’ve ever had at JC Penney. I definitely recommend. 10/10.

Set an appointment for pictures just to have to wait for an hour after my scheduled time. Service is lack luster and I will not be returning.

The pictures turned out great and the photographer was super nice. However, it took almost three hours to recurve the photos. The lady running the desk was very rude and dismissive. We arrived around 9:40 for our 9:45 appointment and had our pictures taken around 10:40. We then had to wait and when we asked when we would receive the photos she waved us off. We are still waiting, it’s around noon and we have not seen our photos or paid. Overall I would never do this again especially if I lose my whole morning because of this.
