I am giving one star when I shouldn’t have to give any. After calling and confirming an appointment with JCPenney Portraits, and clearly stating on the form that my child was 4 months old, we arrived only to be told that they do not take passport photos for infants this young. The lack of communication between customer service and the store is unacceptable. Asking a mother to travel with a baby after confirming the service is very disappointing and a complete waste of time. Poorly managed and frustrating experience.

I’ve been going to JCPenney for years almost since 2018 and they get upset when you have a Groupon the person that usually take us our photos that was there for a long time is no longer there I believe and the new photographer was very rude. Really didn't like the pictures. The young girl didn't give me a chance to smile on some of them. A day before the Pictures were taken they told me a totally different price from what I payed for. I hate some of the pictures and I'll never bo back to jc penny's again for pictures. They don't do any editing to the pictures for that price.

Muy mala calidad de fotos fui con mi familia a tomarme fotos para estas navidades quedaron super mal yo creo que fue el dinero mas mal gastado que se a echo la muchacha no tenía paciencia y no te enseñaba las fotos para aver si te gustaban no voy mas nunca.
