At Westland Mall, terrible customer service. Do not make an appointment for pictures, they lost a loyal customer over $25. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

I am giving one star when I shouldn’t have to give any. After calling and confirming an appointment with JCPenney Portraits, and clearly stating on the form that my child was 4 months old, we arrived only to be told that they do not take passport photos for infants this young. The lack of communication between customer service and the store is unacceptable. Asking a mother to travel with a baby after confirming the service is very disappointing and a complete waste of time. Poorly managed and frustrating experience.

I’ve been going to JCPenney for years almost since 2018 and they get upset when you have a Groupon the person that usually take us our photos that was there for a long time is no longer there I believe and the new photographer was very rude. She Rushed our photos and then she told me that JCPenney does not do retouches as far as editing, and pictures I won’t be wasting my time or my money any longer going to JCPenney‘s because I feel like they’re only expensive if you don’t come in a Groupon then when you come up with a Grou... read more
