I should've read the reviews first because I would've chose a different place. With the prices they attempt to push off on you, you'd think you'd get more. If you're unsure of what you actually want and are looking for guidance, this is definitely not the place to go.

This place has the worst employees (JULIA) especially. We did not get the full order that was agreed upon and when we called JULIA said she'd get the Mgr to call but she called back and gave us attitude and no help. We got fooled to buy a package that didn't come with what they said would come with. Will not ever go to a jcpenney photo spot. Quite low class for a "classy" area.

I got pics of my kids and I to send out for Christmas. The photographer rushed us saying that it’s the evening and they have to move faster and we get one background. I said no worries to the background. She took one picture of us each pose and when we asked her if everything was good she kept saying yes. She rushed my son in one of his shots so he didn’t get to smile fully, my hair fell down on my face in a shot and she snapped it anyway. I had lipstick that had gotten on my teeth and didn’t realize and she still kept sayin... read more
