I am giving an overall two stars, but if I could give JAC our photographerfive stars I would. We came in with my 12 day old grandson for our appointment at 1 PM on a Saturday. As soon as we walked in, we noticed it was already unorganized people were everywhere and we checked in for our appointment. They made us wait one hour. Joan made the whole experience pleasant! She was good with baby. She knows how to work with baby!

We came here to do the awkward photo shoot. Obviously you cannot expect much from jcpenny but if you make a reservation for a certain time on the weekend, expect to wait about 1 hour after that time. Short staffed, super hot, and they are all over the place. No sense of urgency. I don’t blame the staff, I blame this location for hiring and training.
