We went yesterday to get some Christmas pictures of our very stubborn, very sassy 2.5 yr old girl who has some stranger danger. We specifically requested a female photographer because our girl usually does better with strangers if they're female! Lilian was our photographer and she was SO patient and kind to our girl. I've been to this location three times and the Lewisville location once. What I've come to learn is the location doesn't matter but the photographer does! I now only ask for Trevor, and he is absolutely amazing. My daughter is a very energetic kid who usually never sits still for photos, so I expected to get maybe one good photo of her for her two year old pics; Trevor was able to capture her attention though and she listened to all his directions so EVERY single shot came out good. Expect to wait hours even with an appointment. I came here for the first time for photos with my sister. We had an appointment at 2:30, and when we got here they said 10-25 minutes. We ended up waiting for an hour and a half before we even got to get our pictures taken. Needless to say, I don’t appreciate lack of respect for my time, and won’t be coming back.
