Of course the wait was long for the holidays, to be expected. The man who took our photos gave us poses to do and didn’t take a single photo request we had. His photos were crooked and off centered. The wall by the background curtain is shown in most of the photos showed and it doesn’t look good. I dislike him not letting us do poses we like. 90% of the photos are trash.

Becuz you REALLY had every appt booked on a THURSDAY. ALLLL of y'all Collin locations are ghetto. Cancelled my appt same day :/

We should have read the recent reviews before booking our session because we ended up leaving without having our portrait taken. We booked our appointment online and got to the studio a few minutes early only to be told there would be a 20 minute wait. The waiting room was packed with customers who looked like they had been there a while. A large group was in the studio having their pictures taken which took at least 30 minutes. Steven was amazing! Me and my brother came for photos and he had us laughing the entire time and gave us great photos!
