Horrible! The lady was just a worker with a camera she was not a photographer! No retakes, one shot and she was on to the next, pics were NOT edited ! She was rushing was not memorable or comfortable! 90% of the picture and poses came Out horrible but she acted as if they were great ! Gave me a background color I did not pick I wanted black she gave me blue , baseboard in the background very tacky , she adjusted my dress with her shoe ! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a photo studio. I booked a 1:30 appointment for my daughter’s 15th birthday and arrived early. The photographer, Keira, was unwelcoming, inattentive, and unprofessional from the start. She ignored obvious details like my daughter’s messy hair, missing earring, and even placed her in front of a clashing background. Our experience wasn't very good. The family that arrived before us, left pretty upset also. The wait times were long and the price was high for the quality of service. We got called back an hour after our appointment time. The photographer was nice and she got some great shots of us, but the background was visible in most of our photos. This was after we were asked to wait an additional 45 minutes after our shoot, for edited photos.
