Went here to have newborn photos. I brought some of my own props (which I recommend). The two ladies taking the photos knew how to pose our newborn for pictures. We did 4 different styles of photos and different outfits. Overall, was a good experience and photos turned out good. It was like $15 to book the session and then about $170 to own rights to the digital copies. You get what you pay for. These were taken with professional equipment and lighting, but it's at JcPenny. Didn’t catch her name but we came in for a 5:45pm photoshoot 12/11/2023 and our photographer was patient, kind and even gave us ideas for photos. We got some cute Christmas photos with our dogs and they came out really cute. I do think JCpenny needs to update their software though. Overall satisfied and we had fun. Took 15 minutes for them to edit photos. Used the coupons online and saved money!

So bad. I arrived at my appointment time of 1:15 and was told they are an hour behind and that there are still three families ahead of me. I came back an hour later, and the lady was still working with the first of the three families. There was just one lady working and although she was really nice, she was just in over her head. it’s just unprofessional to allow appointments, and not be able to meet them and then just expect someone’s going to sit around for two hours and wait.
