Cannot recommend Cassidy enough! She is fantastic. She has been taking my daughter’s pictures since she was a baby and is now taking ones of my son. She is always making them both laugh and getting the biggest smiles out of them! My daughter has asked to play picture lady at home with some frequency! Often I leave our sessions with Cassidy with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes because she makes my kids look so amazing in each picture! We look forward to each time we get our pictures done! Had to leave a review to explain what a good experience this was!! They are very organized, on time, it was extremely busy with the holiday season here and they were handling it incredibly. One of my photo props broke while I was changing and they had super glue for me there! We did a family portrait session and I can’t recommend it enough for the price.

Horrible experience. We went for holiday family pic and booked the last appointment to avoid rushing. The whole process lasted less than 30 minutes. I couldn’t even select the pictures and was told to book another appointment for that. Now I’m not getting my holiday cards on time for thanksgiving. The whole process was just rushing and rushing from beginning to end. I called and spoke to the manager who gave me the option to reschedule 🤦‍♀️. What am i supposed to do?
