I've been to this photography studio a few times, and every experience has been fantastic! Raven, the studio manager, is a phenomenal photographer - attentive, professional, and consistently captures beautiful photos. She and her team have captured everything from my business headshots to awkward holiday photos. It's always such a fun experience. I can't say enough good things about this studio. Please be on time for your appointment ! They will not accommodate at all ! Poor staffing equals poor service & no time to provide any help. I can take accountability for being late , Which was under 10 minutes . But what I do not understand is the customer service I received. I understand that holidays can be hectic, and the workers can feel rushed . But Please do not waiver on your ability to provide exceptional customer service.
