Richard was so helpful and knowledgeable about photography. He was also willing to let us book an extra session rather than 1 long one which was what was originally scheduled Best customer service EVER And Dolores the manager is super awesome too. She’s been taking my kids pix for about 10 years now. Does an awesome job!
Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else especially when it comes to portraits. This store location (Rim) have the most rudeness person managing the portraits department. I took pictures amd paid for it and never got it. Few calls to the store proved futile and when l called the last the lady at the portraits department just said l am busy l, l will call you back and hang up. The photographer was really nice. The photos turned out okay. The photo shoot itself was rushed, some of the final pictures had family members with eyes closed. The photographer did her best with what she is given, the time she’s was allotted. The check out process was not great. We were rushed to choose photos. The lady at check out seemed like she didn’t have time to explain what we were paying for.
