If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. We brought in our newborn for her pictures and the photographer was rude, didn’t really wanna work with us since our baby was awake, got frustrated that our baby was moving around, took minimal pictures so there’s maybe 2-3 decent photos of my baby. Save your money and go somewhere else. Oh and if you’re going in for an interview save your breath. We watched a walk in interview and that poor girl didn’t deserve the attitude she received for just asking questions.
We decided to book a photoshoot with JCPenney Portraits, and overall, the experience was just okay. In my opinion, it felt a bit expensive for what was provided—around $200 for unedited digital copies with a 15-minute time slot. Plus, $15 per person in your group. The photographer didn’t offer much guidance when it came to posing, but thankfully our group came prepared and already had ideas in mind. Really horrible. Our session was scheduled at 2:30 and we didn't start taking photos until 3:45. Even after the photos were taken, we had to wait an additional hour for the photos to be "edited." Way overpriced and understaffed.
Me and my Family had an Amazing 🤩 experience me sons got captured so nicely we got our Christmas cards done here and got so many great angles and breakdowns of me and my husband then the kids by themselves it was so Beautiful and truly a memory of a lifetime 🫶🏽💐
Unprofessional photography. Communicate to your clients if there's an issue regarding stuff you can't do.
