We had such a wonderful experience at JCPenney for our newborn photoshoot, all thanks to Perla! She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful during such a special (and sometimes hectic) time with a newborn. She made us feel comfortable throughout the session and went above and beyond by helping us with a discount, which we truly appreciated. JCPenney Portraits – Culver City, CA Walk-ins without appointments were taken ahead of me even though I had a confirmed booking and arrived 45 minutes early at their request. The studio manager Perla repeatedly left my session to help other customers, ignored my requests for lighting/poses, and replied “I’m the manager here” when I complained. Suzy was the best photographer - we had so much fun shooting with her and had such a great experience!
Why would you title it "graduation shoot" but not even have a cap and gown available. The photoshoot was good and everyone was courteous and professional. But If you want true graduation pics don't schedule at this location
