Worst experience ever . They refused to let us take a group picture 13 people and would rather charge us $15 additional Pictures per person . A manger also Refused to speak to us and not speak to us suggesting we need to do an outdoor picture in the pouring rain . Horrible customer service . Would not recommend at all

I had an amazing experience this was my first photoshoot ever as an adult. Adrian took amazing care of us throughout the entire shoot and went over all the packages and deals. He is extremely kind and helpful our experience was a 10/10 because of him! Chill patient guy we really appreciate the great service and deals.

The photographer was rude . She act like we was forcing her to take our photos. I have a worst day.

It is the second time we have had a beautiful experience in this place. Thanks to the excellent staff who provide unique and human customer service. Valeria is a spectacular girl who made us feel very good, she special wss with our baby who needed a lot of patience, and our dog. She is an excellent person and it is a pleasure to go there just because of the treatment she gives us. They did a great job here and were very friendly! The photographer (I think her name was April) was awesome! She had pose ideas when I came in with no plan. Overall great experience
