We had the most wonderful experience with Jamie at JCPenney for our son’s newborn photos. She did an amazing job capturing such beautiful pictures of our baby. Newborn sessions aren’t easy, especially when your little one is fussy, but Jamie was incredibly patient with us and with him the entire time. She never made us feel rushed or stressed. Terrible experience. Be prepared to pay over $200 for a basic photo session. They don’t clearly tell you the price upfront, and the photography itself is mediocre at best. Save your money and hire a local photographer who actually knows what they're doing. JCPenney is absolutely not worth $200+ for a regular session.
We had a bad experience with a lady call Jemmy or Jenny I don’t know she give us the right name , she stayed inside while my sister changed , and give us attitude rushing us to hurry up.very rude
Worst experience ever . They refused to let us take a group picture 13 people and would rather charge us $15 additional Pictures per person . A manger also Refused to speak to us and not speak to us suggesting we need to do an outdoor picture in the pouring rain . Horrible customer service . Would not recommend at all
