I arrived with my two young daughters, one who is 7 months old and another who is 2 years and 9 months old, for a family portrait session. This place was horrible. Staff super rude and pushy. Rushed through a half hour session when it’s a 45 minute shoot. Told us they had lunch at 1:30 but just did that to rush our session. Props were visible but we had to ask to use them. Prices was not up front and highest price was mentioned first. The offer for the price was not honored from the website only if you have a coupon. Had a great experience at JCPenney Portraits! Our photographer Chris was awesome, super nice, very professional, and really accommodating. He helped us with poses and made the whole session easy and comfortable. Everything went smoothly and we’re really happy with how it all turned out. Definitely recommend!
