This place was horrible. Staff super rude and pushy. Rushed through a half hour session when it’s a 45 minute shoot. Told us they had lunch at 1:30 but just did that to rush our session. Props were visible but we had to ask to use them. Prices was not up front and highest price was mentioned first. The offer for the price was not honored from the website only if you have a coupon. Had a great experience at JCPenney Portraits! Our photographer Chris was awesome, super nice, very professional, and really accommodating. He helped us with poses and made the whole session easy and comfortable. Everything went smoothly and we’re really happy with how it all turned out. Definitely recommend!

We booked an appointment because we have an infant and need to make sure she's fed and had a nap before the appointment. We show up and they tell us it is going to be about a 40 minute wait! For how over priced they are for a 15 minute session they need to not overbook to where it will cause a 40 minute delay... ridiculous 😒
