We had our newborn pictures done today with Jaisen and it was wonderful! Jaisen was so patient with our baby boy for he needed to eat and poop lol the pictures came out better than I could've ever imagined. Jaisen captured the moments perfectly. He was very professional and kind. Would recommend to anyone! We will definitely be going back.

I had an appointment, made it on time and waited over 40 minutes at that point I just left. What’s the point of making appointments if your not going to see your clients on time

The staff here is amazing! We got our photos taken tonight with our two cats for Christmas cards. Dan was the absolute BEST! Not only was he friendly and charismatic, but he listened intently to what our vision for our pictures were and had so many wonderful creative ideas and poses. The photos came out better than we could have hoped. He was genuinely fantastic and really made our night. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Staff was not fully trained. One of the photographers and front desk staff kept sitting/standing around talking and flirting with each other. He took his phone out and was showing her pictures of himself at a concert while I was waiting for someone to help me order my photos. I was there with 3 children for 2 and half hours for a 10 minute photo shoot. It took over an hour to get into the photo section and by then the kids were so tired they just wanted to play.
