Emily did a great job taking our 4-month old’s photos. She got him to smile and got some great shots. She took her time with us to make sure we got the photos we needed.
Should be 0 stars. Had an appointment for 11:15 AM and it’s now 12pm still waiting. Someone else was taken before us even though we had a scheduled time. Very unorganized. If appointments aren’t honored, what’s the point of scheduling?
We got our photos done with our 5 mo baby for Christmas, and we were so impressed! Ben did an amazing job, every picture turned out amazing and he did so well at getting the baby to look at the camera. We were blown away with how fast it went and how good the pictures looked! We'll definitely be back.
Ramin was our photographer and he was awesome. Super helpful with poses and he was so fun. He handled photographing 4 siblings and a beagle perfectly. Thanks Ramin!!!
The time slots they have you select are arbitrary. They don’t mean anything as they book multiple sessions at the same time. I know this because my brothers and I showed up on time for our appointment at 7pm. We proceeded to wait another hour until 8 o’clock while they photographed 2 other groups who also had 7pm sessions. We were ready to begin taking our photos when one of the employees came to tell us they wouldn’t be able to take our pictures because the mall was closing.
