We went here a little over a year ago. Our experience was not good as a whole. The photographer did not check the finer details like my bra showed in our ONE good family picture, everyones eyes being OPEN and everyone looking at the camera. They went over time with the group before us and then cut our group short on time. They rushed us so much. Didn't get a good shot of all the children together or the siblings. They don't deserve a star. We had an appointment at 1:45 PM and were five minutes late. However, they took another family who arrived nine minutes late ahead of us. When we asked why, we were told it was because their appointment was at 2:00 PM, while ours was at 1:45 PM. This was unfair, and I will never return to Countryside JCPenney Portraits. The staff member's name was Dawn Ratelifte, and the customer service was not good.

We normally go to the Citrus Park location. But we wanted a late Saturday time because we were waiting for a birthday prop to arrive for the photos. When I booked the appointment I stated what I had a vision for. Never received a single call, text, or email stating they only do 15 minute sessions and we wouldnt have time to do what I had envisioned. Such an unorganized, unprofessional and disappointing experience overall. Pushy sales just wanting to up sale up sale up sale. Waited over an hour with an appointment and almost two hours for edits. Purchased the digital photo album and never received a link to access my photos. Contacted this location a week later and they have no record of my purchase! Demanded I revisit to get my card information. Never again JCPenney.
