15 min late. If we were late we’d be charged. I was so irritated. We came with a 1 year old that couldn’t sit still as it is. And waiting for another family to finish during our appointment time was ridiculous. Oh and then we had to wait for Her to edit the other families pictures. Terrible time management.
Not very happy with the service and attitude from the workers. Were not helpful
Shanelle was amazing with our newborn. She kept the baby happy and comfortable.
Our canvas frame was broken. I won’t show the front because they’re my children but it also wasn’t stretched out or pulled correctly because there were creases in the corner of the canvas.. such a disappointment.
