I had ordered 3 digitals and 1 standard 8x10 print for my sons 4th birthday back in may and my photo got delivered to somewhere unknown by ups. When I contacted ups they advised to contact the studio which i did. I’ve never received a callback nor an inquiring about how I go about getting my photo shipped out again. I don’t care if I have to pay a fee again I’d prefer to have the photo. Actually upset with both ups and this store.
A Breath of Fresh air amidst the 'small town field photography' takeover. I had such a good experience getting our photos made here. DeAnna was the one who took our shots. I booked my appt online, for a Friday, last appointment of the day. She called to verify the appointment, we had a brief consultation of what I was looking for in my photos. Really not sure how this studio has such terrible reviews. Teki and DeeAnna were amazing!!! They were so patient with our 3 kids. We were even late and they still worked hard to get the pictures we wanted and didn’t rush us. The pictures turned out so good!! Forever grateful, thank you guys so much!!
I bought this Groupon as a graduation gift for my daughter. I imagined us enjoying the day together, making memories, and marking this special moment in her life. Instead, I got was chaos, disrespect, and a level of unprofessionalism that left me genuinely stunned. Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly! We had so much fun doing a "just for fun" best friends photo session. Our photographer Shana had so many good ideas on poses to do, we're super happy with how they turned out. Thanks!
