This was the worst photography experience I think I ever had. They should just abolish this studio. My appointment not only got canceled because they had too many people they couldn’t accommodate but then after rebooking I get there early to be greeted with another 3 hour wait. The manger or who I am assuming was the manger micki was rude and ran that studio horribly. Unfortunately this will be my last year using Jcpenny portraits. This was the worst year yet starting with an appt originally booked for 7:45 PM Monday only to be told 20 minutes before my appointment that they had to cancel (after all the effort to get 2 children and a dog out of the house because we were planning to have our pet in the photo.) Don’t bother making an appointment here…you will wait hours to get your photos taken. Poorly run portrait studio, understaffed and unorganized. We tried twice to schedule an appointment here. Before Christmas, the wait was 2.5+ hours after our appointment time. After Christmas was just as bad.
I’m sure nothing will happen but here goes. The worst experience I’ve ever had taking photos. Arrived Sunday and 12:47 for a 1pm appt and we did not go back until 3:30pm. Then looked wed to see my digital prints and they were not there. I called the portrait center back and was giving the number to customer service with no help to resolve the issue.
