If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible location, even worse management. I had pictures taken for my newborn in November 7 and never received them. I called customer service no resolve couldn’t even pull up my order . I Spoke with Mandy “the manager” and she was not helpful at all a little inconsiderate I’d say. . I asked to speak to her manager and was blown off SEVERAL times and never given a call back with an update . I spent over 200$ on product never received . Terrible terrible service. I was marked as a no show even though I arrived ONE MINUTE after my appointment while there were still people from appointments before me waiting on their turn ! Waiting section is crammed, small and hot. This location is a joke and the lady at the front was so rude. A waste of time!!

Our first session was horrible but we waited 2 hours and Jaz redid our family photos they were amazing so different from the first set. Thank you Jaz for making our photos special.

I wish I read the reviews before hand. Our appointment was for 3:15 and we weren’t seen until close to 4(because, it’s the holiday season I was told) Despite putting in the notes that a newborn and my autistic son would also be in our session, we were rushed. My grandbaby kept crying and there was no effort from the photographer to soothe him. She kept taking the pics as he was screaming his head off. Then we were charged an additional 24.99 because the number of our group and it was an “extended session”. That would be fine... read more
