Don't come here. I'm never coming back here because of the headache. I paid a lot of money to be disappointed all the way through. I paid for 2 sessions since the first session didn't go so well. I went with 2 kids. With the first person in the first paid session they couldn't do simples things like fix my hair when it's clearly out of place, tell us we're leaning in an unflattering way (see that we are taking regular portraits) and tell me when the kids weren't smiling. Very rude staff, unwilling to work with us and went back on everything they had said was acceptable and that they would allow and they changed the amount of time for the shoot. Don't go here!

Sad to say I was disappointed this time around. I had photos taken here a few years back and I loved them. This time the girl who took our pictures needs a lesson in dealing with children, they are not all the same. My daughter does require patience, she has sensory issues and doesnt respond to her name, the photographer was pretty rude to the point that we just wanted the session to be over because the way she made me feel.She was losing her patience and making remarks such as " just take one good picture " she kept referri... read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! VERY RUDE STAFF! WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 3:45, SHOWED UP EARLY I WAS TOLD I WAS NEXT AN HOUR PASSED AND IT WAS PASSED MY APPOINTMENT TIME. WHEN I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST “JACOB” HE TOLD ME ANOTHER HOUR. WHATS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT!!! I HAVE KIDS HERE FROM THE MILITARY AND NOT TO MENTION OUR TIME AND TO SIT AND NOT EVEN GET THE PICTURES TAKEN. Arrived to my appointment on time and didn’t get to start taking our pictures till about 30mins after our appointment time (I’m assuming they were running behind but we waited patiently) when it was our turn, the staff kind of rushed our appointment, and were being very rude. I have 3 children who do not photograph often, the staff didn’t give them any cues at all & we only got about 3 good pictures.
