The portrait photographers (Alejandro & Nicki) are extremely friendly and welcoming. They accommodated to my needs without any hesitation. I wasn’t rushed in any way & felt that they genuinely cared about my preferences. Will be coming back to get my other headshots here!
Even though the photo studio is closed today, it allowed me to make an appointment online and I spent over an hour driving here and back not cool
Kayla did an amazing job with my 50th birthday shoot! I was not expecting this level of an experience...being honest. I just wanted to take a few shots to capture my 50th birthday, but she had other plans, and I loved it! I significantly went over my budget, but it was worth every cent!!! And it was a GREAT deal, too!! She made the experience priceless & memorable! Thanks, Kayla, you did your thing!!! I felt like a superstar 🥰🤩
Would highly not recommend this studio. I’ve been to several different JCP studios and have always had a good experience. However, at this location, the guy that helped us barely took any photos, did not help us with posing, and seemed very uninterested in doing our session. It took him less than 10 minutes for him to take our photos, so there was hardly any effort. Our session was also 30 minutes behind despite no one telling us they were off schedule. I booked appointment online for Monday 12/9 @5pm for my dog Christmas pictures..Then I get a call from Kayla stating that they only can do pet pictures at 7pm. I did explain that I had appointments for make up and all before schedule time. she said that they can do Tuesday which anyone would have thought she is saying for the next day. So I move all my appointments to see my appointment was scheduled for 12/17 not 12/10.
