My biggest complaint is that our session felt rushed, and the photographer did not coach us at all. He just made sure we stood on our mark. So the pictures came out really stiff. Our bodies were in a weird position that he could have easily told us to tilt our heads in or something. He also refused to move the baseboard in the picture which I felt looked cheesy. I will definitely just hire a private photographer next time.

My group had a 5:30 pm appointment and our experience was awful because of the store manager, Sara. We arrived early just to check in and wait, but she immediately gave us attitude and told us we couldn’t sit in the waiting room because it would “make her staff feel behind.” We weren’t asking to be taken early at all. When we returned closer to our appointment, we waited almost an hour. I had such a great experience, our photographer shoot session for my 9 month old son was amazing! our photographer Thomas was very attentive, funny, and helpful. Definitely coming back :)
