I go here for all my family photos. The ladies at the photo center were great. They helped with posing and the props I brought and just all around made the shoot special.

They had the nerve to tell me if we were 5 minutes late, our appointment would be canceled.. We were on time and waited WELL OVER an hour for our session. Front desk staff is incredibly unprofessional and looked dirty. Photographer was friendly and did a good job with the pictures. Be advised there aren't many places to sit so be ready to stand.

Booked 2 session so I could get family pictures and infant pics only to find out they didn't have both sessions when we got to the studio even tho I had confirmation of both appointments. We were there for 2 hours and 30 mins (I didn't even stay and wait for them to touch up the pics because my kids were losing it at this point!), went back only to find out they didn't have any of my family pictures nor did they enhance any of my infant pictures and I am STILL waiting on a call back from the manager!!
