Have used this place about 5 or 6 times now, mostly with Jess, and we love it. The pictures always turn out well and its a fast/efficient process. We had pictures with santa today and the santa was one of the best I've seen.
Wouldn’t recommend waited 2 hours to get pictures people came in after me and my baby for her bday pics after we booked and got taken care of before us wouldn’t recommend for kids bday pics unless your kid has patience to wait 2-3 hours for their pics. Wouldn’t recommend if African American family like I said we were waiting 2 hour after our appointment and a Caucasian family got their pics did before us very unprofessional stay away from this location in Southland mall appointment was at 145 it’s 330 and we are still waitin... read more
We scheduled photos for 6 girls, ages 3-7. We were a nightmare waiting to happen... parts of our party were late (REALLY late) and when the staff member heard me on the phone with our friend, they assured us that they weren't busy and could accommodate our running late. As you can imagine, our 6 small children listened OH SO WELL but our photographer still managed to get some breathtaking images as well as lots of fun and silly ones!
