I paid 200 dollars on the picture but the pictures are not nice .photographer in far Oaks mall in fairfax .Im not happy with the work she did.she edit my pictures horribly and put some color on it..I have a member ..springfield mall take me great pictures with great price. We made an appointment for an anniversary photoshoot at JCPenney Portraits, and it turned out to be such a fun experience! Our photographer, Alex, was very friendly and attentive from the start. my photographer was short
My family always always come Here and always have had a great experience except for today. I understand we have little kids but the photographer was super rude and had zero patience. Made every one feel supper uncomfortable. If I repeat this process I would not have the same photographer
I ordered the Groupon after a friend recommended it. The photographer had zero patience for children. The pictures look like they were taken in a hallway. And then they charged me $10 to get my single picture shipped to my house on top of the Groupon price. After I told him I didn't need it printed and I only wanted the digital copies he told me if I didn't pay the $10 I would have to pay the $100 difference.. he didn't explain it and was unwilling to break it down.
