Very happy I came here! My photographer Maya did an excellent job! You can tell she very passionate about what’s she does and cares about the quality of her work. I drove from another state just to attend this location; I’m so glad I did. My photos came out perfect!

The customer service was good. But it was a waste of $79. The photo was not taken professionally. I will never come back and do not recommend go there. Before you start a photo session as for price because session and photos are separate prices.

Photographer was amazing, my 20 months old was quite a handful and not happy, but she did grate job to capture her one of the best photos

I recently visited JCPenney Portraits at Fairfax Mall, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with my experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Daisy, our photographer, was simply phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our session.
