I had a great experience getting headshots taken by Sarai! She is very talented. We had a lot of fun with poses and she really listened to what I wanted. Great shots and great edits. The turnaround time for the digital photos was fast too —it said they would arrive in 24 hours, but they arrived in 2 hours. This is a great place to get quick and quality headshot at a great price. I’ll probably be back for a group photo or more headshots in the future. Thanks, Sarai!!!
Positives: I made a reservation and used a Groupon, and that experience was easy. We were in and out in an hour for portraits of my toddler. The staff were friendly. The photographer was nice to work with. Negatives: the backgrounds are so cheap. I hoped for a seamless background, but as other reviews show (as does the JCPenney website, tbf), it just looks like a wall in a random room. I paid 200 dollars on the picture but the pictures are not nice .photographer in far Oaks mall in fairfax .Im not happy with the work she did.she edit my pictures horribly and put some color on it..I have a member ..springfield mall take me great pictures with great price. We made an appointment for an anniversary photoshoot at JCPenney Portraits, and it turned out to be such a fun experience! Our photographer, Alex, was very friendly and attentive from the start. He took the time to ask about the theme we had in mind before the session began. We told him we wanted to recreate the infamous “awkward couples” photos, and he completely understood the assignment!
