Absolute worst pictures I’ve ever had taken. If not for the fact that I spent money on my family’s outfits and hair I would have left without purchasing any pictures. The photographer felt unsure of how to pose us and what to do. She gave no direction. She originally wasn’t telling us when she was going to snap the photo, until I asked if we should smile or if she was taking pics. She then started counting down. This was honestly one of the worst family experiences we’ve ever had. Our slot was at 6:30, which we were early for. Our pictures were 45 minutes late, and the manager was extremely rude. She kept giving us dirty looks as we attempted to entertain our two small children around the store. We didn’t get the chance to look at our photos until 7:55. The manager turned off all the lights and attempted to kick everyone out while ordering our photos. I would NEVER do this again, and JCP should be ashamed of their management style. ... read more

This 2025 Holiday season has a new photographer who informed us she did not know how to direct poses. Lighting of the photos was poor quality and you might need to enhance your prints after purchase as we were informed that they do not enhance prints. Be ready as there are no retakes.

Jessica H was so kind and patient with our family of 4. She put everyone at ease and made getting great shots feel natural. She had great suggestions on poses, asked what we were hopeful for during our session, and explained everything clearly on the ordering of photos on the back end. I'm excited to have found a low key way to document our little one's growth. Thanks Jessica for your kindness and warmth!
