Nick was very helpful and patient. They were very busy and he was still very calm. He took my pictures and he listened to what I didn't want/like and helped me feel comfortable and confident in what I was getting.

You could go somewhere else and you'll probably wish you had. They are understaffed and will repeatedly waste your time waiting or coming in for an appointment they won't have time to complete because they are overbooked. Customer service is pretty non-existent.
