Brandon C. at JCPenney Portraits is absolutely amazing! He photographed my daughter's kindergarten graduation pictures with her cousins, and just like when he did our Christmas photos last year, he was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. My daughter is autistic, and Brandon took the time to make her feel comfortable without rushing her. My husband and I had a good experience. The photographer was kind and professional. Our pictures came out lovely ! I would definitely recommend this location. The only drawback was that it was a bit warm.

My worst experience ever. When making the appointment I add details in the notes. When they call to confirm the night before I ask did you read the note and the guy answered yes. At the shoot I realize that the photographer was asking questions that indicate the she did not read the notes, so I asked did you read the notes she said no and just kept going. Horrible service 3 weeks later and I still haven’t received my pictures. When you call to check on status all they is you gotta wait we have tracking number 🤦♀️ and pictures we’re wack
