Had an excellent experience with photographer, Brandon. He really captured some beautiful moments between me, my family and my dog. The session was about 15 minutes long so it’s really important that you figure out your poses ahead of showing up. Dress your best, bring your positive attitude and have fun! Front desk staff was pleasant too. Had some trouble with the download link but I would return.
Staff is insanely rude and slow for no reason. Everyone doesn’t want to be there at all.
Had a horrible experience this past Saturday ! It was rushed ! The photographer didn’t even give us a chance to smile or pose. Not friendly and made us feel like we were a bother and he was going to be off soon and we were holding him up ! Very disappointed in the service because I’ve used this location before and did not experience this . Now i want feel comfortable returning after this experience !
You can get much better pictures on your phone. Seriously! Went in expecting sharp/great resolution kids yearbook type portraits. Final product is terrible. Don’t waste your time or your money.
I made a purchase to pick up at the store in The jc penny Bronx. Just to find out that i needed to pay tolls so i didn’t pick it up. Tried to cancel by calling the store but no one answered. Never answer the phone at this store . I made purchase October 14 and till this day after 1 month and a half , the store didn’t cancel the order and refund the money, called customer service a bunch of times and not even them can cancel the order and refunds the money.
