Either there a/c units are down or they got alot of people who work here that like hot weather......people would much rather go to Brooklyn's jcpenny that's crazy......

I had a very disappointing experience at JCPenney Portraits. The customer service was horrible. They rushed through showing me the photos, not giving me any time to review them calmly or make a thoughtful decision. In the end, I paid $119 for just three photos, when I was expecting a simple session. To make it worse, the photographer gave no guidance or support during the shoot. The entire process felt unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Cold service, no empathy, and a humiliating experience.

WORST Photo Experience Ever – A Complete Joke If I could give zero stars, I would. This JCPenney photo studio is an absolute disaster. We waited over 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment, only to be rushed through a session that didn’t even last 15 minutes —while the family before us got a full 45. Clearly, we weren’t worth the time. The photographer was rude, completely uninterested, and made us pose the kids while she stood around doing the bare minimum.
