So I had a Groupon. My favorite picture had 2 of my kids' faces cut off. But it wasn't how the picture really was. To get the whole faces I needed to pay for an enhancement (a border) and it wasn't possible to get that print digital I had to pay money to have it shipped. So my favorite picture was only available if I paid extra and only as a print. What sense does this make?!!! My blood pressure..
Very disrespectful employees, horrible customer service. Always long wait and no one cares about anything. Honestly I have never seen such a place with this type of atmosphere, ignorance and just disrespect to the customers.
Sarah and Jenna were great with my 2 young kids! They were personable and professional, and we left with some great photos we will cherish for decades.
