This is a long overdue review of an amazing portrait studio, managed by Christine. My family have been coming to JCPenney portraits for 20+ years. We started out at Ingram mall, then to North Star with the awesome manager Dolores, and finally we have been going to the Rolling Oaks location for the last 3 years. The associate helped us pick out a groupon that didn't fit our needs so we wasted $60 that we are having trouble getting a refund from Groupon. The pictures are cute but nothing amazing. One of two cameras didn't work so it held up everything and everyone had to wait. Since the Groupon didn't work we ended up buying the same package for $100. Too many technical difficulties to be satisfied.
Erika was our photographer. My daughter didn’t wanna smile at all, but we got a couple side smiles. Thank you for being so patient and working so hard to try to make my baby girl smile! It was such an amazing experience. We all enjoyed it. This woman deserves a raise! After seeing all the reviews on here I feel like these customers need to go to somebody where they can pay over $1200 for photos being so picky.
