Sorry customer service waste of time
Why have appointments if you’re just going to make people wait 30 minutes past the scheduled time. Horrible service.
I would've given 0 but I have to put 1. They care more about charging extra money 💰 than about the family. We have a 10 month old baby and 2 special needs kiddos. All her concern was extra money if we need extra time. I ask the "managers'" for her supv number and she refused. Ask her for jc penny manager and she refused to get manager. Horrible place to go.

This is a long overdue review of an amazing portrait studio, managed by Christine. My family have been coming to JCPenney portraits for 20+ years. We started out at Ingram mall, then to North Star with the awesome manager Dolores, and finally we have been going to the Rolling Oaks location for the last 3 years.
