DO NOT DO YOUR PHOTOS HERE! My family and I waited a whole hour to get out pictures taken. We got treated very bad, were rushed, didn’t even get good poses, and didn’t even get many photos. The workers were rude when it was our turn to take photos, they lied saying it won’t be long, and they didn’t listen to our needs. We spent a lot of money (group of 9) and we did not like any of our photos, they rushed us, and didn’t listen to what we were hoping for. I wish we had a better experience but we will never go back.

I have been a long time customer for JcPenny Portraits. We have been going there since my first daughter was born in 2010. Now that I go the pics don't come out so great. I don't know if JcPenny trains their employees since I don't like some of the poses. I just don't feel like they look professional anymore. I think my wife could do a better job with her camera. Booked an appointment for 5pm. Got there and was told it’s a 45 min wait. Waited 50 and was then told at least another 35!!! We all had appointments after so we could not get pictures done. Very disappointed about this shocking lack of time management. What is the point in having an appointment scheduled? Do NOT recommend

I just wanted to get my first Christmas pictures of my 1 1/2 year old. Appointment time @ 12:30 and wasn’t helped until 1:45pm for a 15 minute max photo session (only showed me 4 of the 8 photos while i was at the store). Adding to the frustration, Not only did i have to call back multiple times to have what i ordered actually sent to me (still shorted me on the amount of christmas cards we were sent. only 12 were recieved when the groupon said 36) but i was apparently “misinformed” about being able to have my album online t... read more
