We’ve had 3 family photo shoots here at JC Penny inside the Galleria Mall and our photographer was Alicia all 3 times. Our daughter takes a while to warm up to people and being around new people can be overwhelming, Alicia was able to capture our daughters personality and playfulness the moment we met her. She is an incredible photographer with a huge gift and talent for photography and making people feel so comfortable. We will not do family photos without her. Thank you Alicia!
My appointment was mid January, a Saturday late afternoon early evening. Pros: Lots of time slot options, convenient location, good choice of backgrounds. Cons: After you make an appointment, you get barraged w/emails, texts, and phone calls after you've already confirmed. The $25 no show fee is understandable but not the 10 + follow up contact. The photographer was amazing and we had so much fun. The front desk workers seemed really rude and I felt like a nuisance just being there. :(
I had some serious scheduling issues with this location and the Santa photo shoot scheduling, but Alicia the manager worked with me to resolve the issues. My photos were beautiful and the 2nd time I came for Groupon deal, which was easy. I will come back again
We took my grandson to get his photos done this morning, and they were very patient and even let us help out with props and other things toddlers can be very difficult and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Thank you for a great experience.
