Had the worst experience here and will definitely not be going back. I’ve been going to this location since I was a child and now I take my child here. Took photos almost a month ago still haven’t received them. They lost Christmas cards and all they could do is give me a customer service line. After a month of going back and forth with lifetouch and Shutterfly they told me jcpenny never submitted my photos for a Christmas card at all. I will never be going back to this location again. I came here yesterday with my siblings. We had Christina taking our photos. She was the absolute best, she was so sweet and friendly. We wanted to make our photos awkward and funny for our mom. She had such great poses for us to do and made our whole experience so much fun!!!
