THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON MY MOST RECENT VISIT TO BRANDON LOCATION I have been using JCPenney Portraits for years and am even a Perks member. I have had great experiences but these last two encounters has caused me to never book at Brandon again. I booked a session for my family of 7 Nov 30th trying to avoid the holiday crowd.(We go every year) When I originally booked there were lots of available time slots. The staff at this location are so wonderful and talented. Our pictures turned out great, and they were very helpful in answering our questions. Could not recommend more!

I use JCP portraits every year and I’ve always loved them but yesterday was different. I have never in my time with jcp waited an hour to take photos at my scheduled time. Even around the holidays. It seems they now schedule multiple ppl at the same time. Yesterday was chaos and with a newborn and 2 other little kids, they were getting sleepy and hungry by the time we were seen. I would not recommend going here , Customer service was not great , we went in we had an appointment , I arrived 2 min late and was told we had to be pushed back to the next available and they were already super delayed . There was no type of care for anyone’s time . Everyone there had waited over an hour and half for pictures .not sure why they were so delayed when there are appointments .
