I can't say enough great things about this place! My husband and I and our 4 adult kids were there the day before Mother's Day about a week ago, and they were slammed but took great care of us! Our photographer was Ceecee, and she was FANTASTIC! We are all SO happy with the pictures she took! She did a great combo of fun and serious pictures - we couldn't be happier! THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON MY MOST RECENT VISIT TO BRANDON LOCATION I have been using JCPenney Portraits for years and am even a Perks member. I have had great experiences but these last two encounters has caused me to never book at Brandon again. I booked a session for my family of 7 Nov 30th trying to avoid the holiday crowd.(We go every year) When I originally booked there were lots of available time slots. The staff at this location are so wonderful and talented. Our pictures turned out great, and they were very helpful in answering our questions. Could not recommend more!
I use JCP portraits every year and I’ve always loved them but yesterday was different. I have never in my time with jcp waited an hour to take photos at my scheduled time. Even around the holidays. It seems they now schedule multiple ppl at the same time. Yesterday was chaos and with a newborn and 2 other little kids, they were getting sleepy and hungry by the time we were seen.
