Came here for Easter pictures with a 1 and 3 year old. The environment is dirty, sad, and depressing. No toys to distract the kids. I couldn't even see what package I was picking because I had to deal with my two kids. They wont even let you review at home and choose and pay later. The photographer seemed frustrated and irritated. I can see why JC Penney's will be dead in 5 years. Also she had me order a collage which was horrendously done, it's got like 3 inches of space at the bottom and one at the top so far off center it... read more
We made appointment at the website and they canceled at zero minutes to the appointment time un respected women to the website. No good at all
Shannon was extremely professional, an amazing photographer and clearly talented at not only managing the clients but managing the business side of things. I’ve had bad experiences with independent photographers. So this was nice to have the ability to schedule online, and know my time was going to be rewarded with excellent photos.
I definitely felt the rushed experience. We spent a lot of time waiting so by the time it was our turn to accept photos I didn't even take a lot of time looking over them. I just paid $200 for digital package and left. Got home and looked them over and they are just awful. They hadn't let us pick a background so everything was just beige and looked like they were taken in an empty living room. These are supposed to be for my son's graduation announcements! If I could give this place zero stars, I would, based on my frustrating and unprofessional experience at the Barnesville location. I had a prepaid appointment for a work headshot, and my photographer was Sherry, who claimed to be the manager. From the moment I arrived, Sherry was unfriendly and lacked any welcoming demeanor.
