I definitely felt the rushed experience. We spent a lot of time waiting so by the time it was our turn to accept photos I didn't even take a lot of time looking over them. I just paid $200 for digital package and left. Got home and looked them over and they are just awful. They hadn't let us pick a background so everything was just beige and looked like they were taken in an empty living room. These are supposed to be for my son's graduation announcements! If I could give this place zero stars, I would, based on my frustrating and unprofessional experience at the Barnesville location. I had a prepaid appointment for a work headshot, and my photographer was Sherry, who claimed to be the manager. From the moment I arrived, Sherry was unfriendly and lacked any welcoming demeanor. Good experience getting family pictures taken. Not so good experience with the staff unwilling to give us some additional time. We lost 15 minutes due to traffic. But they’re unwilling to spare 2 min to take 1 extra group picture at the end.

If you want your family photos to look good in the awkward family photos coffee table book go here lol. You get what you pay for… the Groupon was not worth it..

The photographer we had was not good!!! I understand my two year old was not perfect in any means but the photographer never took the time to get her to smile nothing was rude the hole time like she didnt want to be their. We live an hour away and I paid for digitals but really only two photos where good
