I encountered the poorest most unprofessional experience every step of the way. I was greeted with an attitude by an employee who was projecting all of her stress onto each client she encountered. I waited patiently over an hour after arriving a few minutes early. My wait consisted of witnessing employees complaining and having public disputes about which clients they did not want to take. My dad and brothers went in for a Father / Son photo shoot and the experience was EXCELLENT! We arrived a little late but they still managed to fit us in quickly. The service at check-in was warm and friendly. Our photographer was fun and engaging. She really made the experience enjoyable for all 5 of us. When we finished the shoot, she shared all of our purchase options without being pushy or sales-y. Overall, this was a wonderful experience from beginning to end and we would definitely return for a future photo shoot!
